  7. NAME
  8.      dream - suspend execution for an interval while executing
  9.              random code in memory
  10.  
  11. SYNTAX
  12.      dream [-d][[-nrRsw] [time]]
  13.  
  14. DESCRIPTION
  15.      Dream suspends execution of the current proces for time
  16.      seconds, while simulating a dream sequence by executing random 
  17.      segments of code in memory.  All devices are paralyzed (blocked)
  18.      to prevent dangerous side-effects.  The options are as follows:

  20.      -d    daydream.  code seems to be more related to the actual
  21.            suspended process, and suspension will be for a limited
  22.            amount of time.  Attention can be restored by snapping
  23.            fingers next to keyboard.
  24.  
  25.      -n    nightmare.  Repeated references to the system error logs
  26.            are made during execution.
  27.  
  28.      -r    recurring.  The code of a previous execution will be
  29.            re-selected for this dream.
  30.  
  31.      -R    REM (Rapid Eye Movement).  The current value of the PC is
  32.            is flashed on the screen for every instruction.
  33.  
  34.      -s    sleepwalking.  Tape drives will be sent many alternating
  35.            fast-forward and rewind requests and/or line printers sent
  36.            many alternating carraige-return and tab codes to promote
  37.            movement of machine(s) across floor.  Stopping these
  38.            devices may confuse the program.

  40.      -w    wet dream.  The code is selected from the sex(1l) program.
  41.  
  42.      Dream will invoke automatically with the -d option when the
  43.      system proves extremely slow.
  44.  
  45.      The relation of the randomly-executed code to the subconcious
  46.      (background tasks) of the current processes is suspected but has
  47.      not been proven.

  50.      do not select the -w option without covering the keyboard.
